Pizzzzzza!!!!!!!

Pizza. What a great word! Love it, but sometimes those cheap ones you can get are a little hard and can chip a tooth after coming out of the oven!

When I stumbled on this 2-ingredient pizza base on good old Pinterest, I couldn't fatham why, or how you'd used just 2 things to make a dough, but I figured; what they hey; let's give it a go!!!

All you need is Greek yogurt and flour; that's it!!! Hmmmm.....I was thinking; not sure about this, but you know what; awesomeness in bounds!!!!

I've had a breakthough! Nice and crispy but not tooth chipping, and soft in the middle. Yum!!!

Here's the how to for you!

Take your self raising flour (about 1-11/2 cups) and mix in Greek yougurt (Yep you heard me!!!). I used a whole 500g pot, and it came together very well. If you find yours a little running, add some more flour.

Roll it out onto a floured surface and add your toppings. (In my fist test I cooked the base blind, but the second go round the base wasn't as crsipy and burnt on the edges!)

For this one all I had in was some sweetcorn and some cheese. I over-did it those with the tomato puree; I didn't have any proper pizza sauce, but it came out great!!!

I had enough for two medium-size pizzas, and enough left over to make some mini ones as well:

I Did them a little thick, but if you make them too thin they break apart!!! Oh well. The price to pay for good pizza!

Have fun making your own. Tell me what your fav toppings are; I like weird and new ideas!
