Hunger Strikes!!! The 3-day Military Diet: Day 2


Day 2

Breakfast: (Sorry about the bad picture!)

1 egg (I scambled mine; without any butter or milk like usual!)

1 slice toast

1/2 banana

Lunch:

1 cup cottage cheese/i slice chddar cheese

1 egg

5 Saltine crackers (Can I find these over here in Scotland?! NO! Had to use rice crackers as my substitute; which was OK by the guide)

Dinner:

1 hot dogs

1 cup broccoli

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup ice cream

Second day of this diet, and the hunger's starting to give me a headache! Even though I'm getting sugar and fat filled goods cravings, I am resisting!

I even had to force myself to eat dinner tonight!!!! I think I was more interested in the ice cream at the end of the meal more than anything else!
