Home stretch!!! The 3-day Military Diet: Day 3


Day 3:

Breakfast:

5 Saltine crackers ( Again I used rice crackers. FYI: apparently each Saltine cracker's about 13 calories, so as long as you find rice crackers that are that value, they're OK, or so I was informed!)

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 apple

Lunch:

1 egg

1 slice bread

Dinner:

1 cup tuna

1/2 banana

1 cup ice cream (Another thing I forgot the mention; it has to be vanilla!)

And that's it!!! This was the hardest day; all of today's doesn't look a lot, and yes I was a little hungey. But drinking lots of water, does help; sometimes people aren't always wrong when they say it's good for you!!!

Yes I did loose weight, and I'm glad I did it, even if even I thought the combinations of meals were a little weird!

It has helped me realise the sometimes it's good to cut out everything that you know is making you unhealthy. But sometimes, a little of what's not good for you can be healthy as well!!!

I'll be doing this again; maybe every two weeks or so. Next time though I'll be hitting the gym; I think the people who did loose the 10lbs or more were heading to the gym regularly; I'm not that way inclined!

Here's what I lost each day (I know it's not good to weight yourself everyday, but for the purpose of reserch, I figured it was OK!):

Day 1: 4.5lbs

Day2: 1.5lbs

Day 3: 1.5lbs

Overall weight loss: 7.5lbs!!!!!

Now, I'm offf to make my first cup of coffee in 2 days, and a slice of cheese; been craving that for a while now as well!!
