Hard knocks

Just sitting here in my jammies wondering what to share with you lovely lot, when there's a knock at my door. A young local boy wanting to rake the leaves for 50p!!! Bless! Kids nowadays don't seem to appreciate the value of hard work and earning thier pocket money, or is it me?!!

Anyway, grandma's leaving the building now!

Comfort food; that's what I think I need! And so I bring to you something of my own making; a mix of mac and cheese (packet or homemade), topped with ham (or sauage if you prefere!) on waffles; yes waffles!!!! So filling and really easy to make!

It looks good, right? Mmmmmm................
